CECI criticises Commission's White Paper on services of general interest

Brussels, 29/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The USSP/CESI, the Association of Public Sector Trade Unions of the European Confederation of Independent Trade Unions, is sceptical about the proposals on services of general interest put forward by the European Commission in its White Paper.
