Rome, 29/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - Heads of State and governments from Member States of the European Union, together with their foreign affairs ministers have signed the treaty establishing a European Constitution on 29 October in Rome in the Oriazi and Curiazi rooms of the Campidoglio, where the Treaty of Rome was signed on 25 march 1957.
