29/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Council of the Federation of Russia (the upper chamber of the parliament) has ratified the additional protocol to the Partnerhip and Cooperation Agreement between Russia and the European Union, extending the Agreemetn to the ten new EU Member States.
