Commission clears acquisition of two manufacturers of printing inks by CVC

Brussels, 29/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition by the European private equity firm CVC of both the printing inks and pigment manufacturing interests of the German company BASF and of the Dutch company ANI Printing Inks BV.
