Brussels, 12/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission is expected to announce action initiated with the Court of Justice against the "Volkswagen law" (see EUROPE of 2 October, p.14). The law allows the Land of Lower Saxony to control the automobile manufacturer with only 20% of the shares.
