Brussels, 12/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commissioner for Trade, Pascal Lamy, confirmed on Tuesday that he will meet the Foreign Ministers from the four Mercosur countries (Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay) on 20 October in Lisbon, to attempt to finalise negotiations on a free-trade agreement.
