BNP PARIBAS has signed an agreement for taking over la SMBP - SOCIETE MONEGASQUE DE BANQUE PRIVEE (CAIXA, CREDIT ANDORRA and DEXIA BIL groups) and BANK VON ERNST (BANK VON ERNST ET CIE group). These two banks are active in the private banking domain and manage a portfolio worth around EUR 14 bn.
