21/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - Quoting western diplomatic sources who have asked to remain anonymous, the AFP indicates from Beirut that the EU and Syria have reached consensus on the issue which have blocked the signing of an association agreement: the non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
