COOPER TIRE AND RUBBER, the second biggest tyre producer in the USA has sold off its car parts subsidiary COOPER-STANDARD AUTOMOTIVE to the CYPRESS and GOLDMAN SACHS CAPITAL PARTNERS group, for USD 1.17 bn in cash.
