The biggest operator in Denmark TDC is planning on increasing its share in HUNGARIAN TELEPHONE & CABLE CORP from 31% to 42%, in order to become the second biggest player on the Hungarian market. To this end TDC will exercise its purchasing option, disbursing 50 millions in Danish Krona for the purchase of an additional share.
