European Anti-Poverty network (EAPN) says social services have to be organised in a way that promotes efficiency and participation

Brussels, 29/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - During a seminar on 28-29 June in Brussels on the EU's services of general interest (EUROPE 26 June p 17), the European Anti-Poverty Network (EAPN) underlined some of the components ensuring the quality of social services, placing them at the heart of the debates, the hopes and expectations of those experiencing poverty and exclusion.
