Luxembourg, 29/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The grand chamber of the European Court of Justice- 11 judges- has just rejected an appeal by the Front National against the ruling by the Court of First Instance of the EU, which, on 2 October, ruled that the obligation made by the European Parliament to ban political groups with no political affinity is in line with Community law.
