29/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) has awarded a new loan, for 12 million dollars, to ACC (Algerian Cement Company Spa), the only private Algerian cement company, to fund the extension of a cement works near M'Sila, 240 km south-west of the capital. The original building of the cement works was funded between 2002 and 2004 by an EIB loan of EUR 66 million and other funding.
