29/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - Fiona Murray, director of Athrónan Associates, together with the CEPS (Centre for European Policy Studies), is to hold a seminar in Brussels on 8 July on the theme "Territories and Regions of the EU and the Member States: challenges for the future". Ms Murray will launch her book, "The EU and Member State Territories: the special relationship under EU law" (Palladian, June 2004). Taking part will be MEP Manuel Medina Ortega (Socialist, Spain), John Caloghirou (Commission, DG Development), Pascale Wolfcarius (Commission, DG Regional Policy), Marc Clercx (Commission, DG Taxation), Chief Minister Hon McKeeva Bush (Cayman Islands Government), Phil Austin, Chief Executive Jersey Finance.
