Commission communications

Brussels, 22/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has adopted a series of communications in the field of competition, published in the OJ of 30 April 2004:

A communication concerning the obsolete nature of some texts on State aid policy (2004/C115/01). Further to adoption of the Commission regulation (EC) No 794/2004, several texts on State aid procedures have become obsolete and the Commission no longer plans to apply them.
