Brussels, 11/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, EU Foreign Ministers in Luxembourg will hold a last ministerial discussion on the Constitution within the context of the IGC before the European Council of 17/18 June. In order to prepare the debate (that will keep ministers busy all Monday morning), the Irish Presidency diffused on Thursday evening a document containing revised texts covering over 40 areas in which it considers there is now broad consensus.
