11/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Slovenian European Commissioner, Janez Potocnik, who is attached to Enlargement Commissioner Günter Verheugen, spoke at Friday's Wilton Park Conference in Dubrovnik on "The new South-East Europe, the next enlargement" (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.7, on the Commissioner's involvement in the seventh south-eastern regional table on the Stability Pact).
