Brussels, 11/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - Speaking early this week at the International Labour Conference (meeting from 1 to 17 June in Geneva between member nations of the International Labour Organisation), the European Commissioner for Social Policy, Stavros Dimas, called for globalisation to have a social dimension.
