11/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Academia Diplomatica Europaea (of the Institut Européen des Relations internationals) (IERI) is organising its fourth conference on geopolitical strategy at the European Parliament in Brussels on 14 June, the "Séminaire d'initiation à la réflexion géopolitique et stratégique". It will be held in the Eastman Building, rue Belliard 135, Hall 3000, from 18 to 20 hrs). René Relay, from the European Commission's DG Relex, will discuss "Le concept de sécurité de l'UE et la PESC/PESD". The fifth discussion session will consider "La pensée politique et stratégique des Etats-Unis" and "La révolution dans les affaires militaires", introduced by Colonel Vincent Desportes.
