EU Transport Ministers are to decide on Friday whether or not to pursue Open Skies negotiations with United States

Brussels, 09/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The latest discussions between Europeans and Americans to conclude a transatlantic air agreement intended to replace the Open Skies bilateral agreements concluded between a number of Member States and the United States did not go well.
