Brussels, 09/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the permanent representative of the Netherlands, Tom de Bruijn, presented the priorities of the future Dutch Presidency of the European Union during the second half of this year to the European Policy Centre. In his introduction, he welcomed the fact that under the IGC on the future Constitution, the idea of team Presidencies for the Council had been abandoned, and that the future orientation would be towards keeping six-monthly rotation...
