Gaborone, 06/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Ministers from the 79 ACP countries (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific), meeting in Gaborone, Botswana for an ACP Council, took position on the mid-term review of the Cotonou Agreement, which was concluded in 2002 between the EU and 78 of them (Cuba, a member of the ACP group, is not party to the agreement).
