GENERAL NEWS / (eu) eu/air transport

06/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - Regulation 785/2004 of 21 April 2004, which defines the minimum insurance requirements applicable to air carriers and to aircraft operators was published in the Official Journal L 138 of 30 April. It will take effect in twelve months after publication.
