Luxembourg, 29/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - As anticipated, on 28 April the European Court of Justice, presided by Vassilios Skouris, heard two Directors General, Michel Petite from the Commission and Jean-Claude Piris of the Council, both of whom defended their respective views on the affair of the suspension of proceedings against France and German under the Stability Pact .
