At Informal Council in Dromoland Castle, Irish Presidency urges for lighter regulation and faster decision-making within EU

Brussels, 29/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The EU needs "lighter regulation" and speedier decision-making "for those operating in a global market-place which is intensely competitive".
