26/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The president of the European Parliament has confirmed that the elected member of the French hunters' group, Michel Raymond (EDD), who was found guilty in a matter of fraud against the agricultural budget and who was the subject of a French government decree divesting him of his mandate, is no longer a member of the European Parliament, dating from 1 April.
