Brussels, 26/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - On-line transactions carried out within the EU should reach 2,200 billion EUR by 2006. This was the message of a report presented at the "Summit" of business leaders from the telecommunications sector, which took place last Thursday in Dundalk, Ireland, as part of the informal EU ministerial conference on broadband (see EUROPE of 21 April, p.12).
