26/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - In an interview in the La Montagne magazine, the president of the European Convention, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, affirmed that consulting the French people on the subject of holding a referendum on the future European constitution involved a risk that was both reasonable and positive and that they would be right to take it.
