EU Council of Ministers is resolved to put an end to isolation of Turkish Cypriot community, for which EUR 250 million is earmarked

Luxembourg, 26/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday in Luxembourg, the European Union's Council of Ministers adopted "Conclusions on Cyprus" in which it expresses its strong regret that accession to the EU of a united Cyprus will not now be possible on 1 May. The Council thanked UN Secretary General Kofi Annan and Greece and Turkey for their contribution in the search for a solution.
