Germany and France appeal for lower interest rates but ECB will take its time

Brussels, 26/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - At the G7 Finance on the weekend in Washington, participants were pleased to conclude that a world economic recovery had been underway since February. France and Germany appealed for a lowering of interest rates by the European Central Bank (ECB).
