Brussels, 26/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The ministers of the 25 responsible for development policy will, on Tuesday afternoon in Luxembourg, take over from their colleagues for foreign affairs to devote their discussion to looking at EU development policy with poor countries (see EUROPE of Saturday, p.4).
