Brussels, 07/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 39 companies and organisations signed the new European Road Safety Charter at the castle in Dublin. Several transport ministers were there, including Seamus Brennan from Ireland, the president of the European Parliament Pat Cox, Commissioner Loyola de Palacio, Ari Vatanen MEP (who is also a rally driver) and formula 1 driver Michael Schumacher.
