On Monday AIR FRANCE launched a friendly take-over of its Dutch counterpart KLM. The period for transaction will be extended till 3 May and will include a and exchange of 11 shares, 10 acquisition and/or share registration vouchers for AIR FRANCE and 10 KLM shares quoted on the Amsterdam stock exchange.
