Brussels, 07/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - IN order to give a European guarantee to agreement in Cyprus, the European Commission on Wednesday proposed a text enshrining the temporary derogations to Community law contained within the Annan plan. The European Commission also confirmed that is will hold a donors' conference in Brussels on 15 April to help Cyprus face up to the costs of its reunification.
