Us merchant bank MORGAN STANLEY has bought up provider of risk management systems BARRA for USD 1 per share and a total amount of USD 816.4 million. BARRA will be integrated into the US group, MSCI - MORGAN STANLEY CAPITAL INTERNATIONAL.
