ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) television

German cable operator KABEL DEUTSCHLAND will be taking over three of its main local competitors for a total of EUR 2.7 bn. These companies are: KABEL BADEN WUERTTEMBERG, IESY, and ISH. The new venture will have a customer base of 17 millions German homes.
