06/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - By request of Spanish Socialist Anna Terron, the European Parliament sent the report by German Christian Ingo Schmitt back to committee. This report proposed the rejection of the Kingdom of Spain's initiative to adopt a Council directive on the obligation of transport companies to communicate data on persons transported.
