Council expected to approve "general concept" for EU take-over from EU in Bosnia-Herzegovina at end of April - Who's responsible for tracking down war criminals?

Brussels, 06/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana EU High Representative for CFSP, is expected in the next few days present his "general concept" to the EU Political and Security Committee (Cops) for NATO's hand-over of SFOR to the EU in Bosnia-Herzegovina. This involved the general framework for defining the way the future EU mission in Bosnia works, which will have two components both military and policy.
