Brussels, 06/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Training Foundation (ETF), the EU agency working in 40 non-EU countries from the Middle East to the Balkans to promote politically stable societies and socio-economic development, has just unveiled statistical data ahead of the joining of the new EU Member States.
