Luxembourg, 29/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - In the Lamberts ruling, the Court of Justice confirms the decision of the Court of First Instance of 10 April 2002, which recognised the competence of the Community judge for ruling on litigation between a citizen and the European Ombudsman.
