Franz Fischler calls for development of enormous farm trade potential between EU and China

Brussels, 29/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Speaking before the press last Friday in Beijing, European Farm Commissioner Franz Fischler insisted he wanted to use his visit to China to fully exploit the huge trade potential of China and the European Union to foster mutual understanding in agricultural trade issues and to show China "Tasty Europe" with its large range of high quality food and drink products.
