25/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - A delegation of 40 members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will be observing elections in Georgia on 28 March, as part of an international observers' mission. This delegation will be led by Hungarian Liberal Matyas Eörsi.
