Mr Schulz criticises role ascribed to Turkey in German campaign for European elections

Brussels, 25/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Speaking in Brussels on Thursday evening at a conference on "Turkey in the European Research Area", organised by German Social Democrat Ozan Ceyhun, to which we will return, the head of the Social-Democrat list Martin Schulz spoke out against the role ascribed to Turkey in the German campaign for June's European elections.
