Mr Cappato and Mr Turco feel the Irish Presidency's anti-terrorism plan could lead to human rights infringements

Brussels, 25/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Lista Bonino MEPs Murizo Turco and Marco Cappato have told the Heads of State and Government, who are due to approve the Irish Presidency's plan to fight terrorism during their Summit this Thursday and Friday, that this plan "includes measures that would be in serious breach of European standards of protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms".
