ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

In Thailand, the Belgo-Dutch group FORTIS has bought a 25% stake in MUANG THAI LIFE (life assurance), as well as another 25% stake in MUNAG THAI INSURANCE (insurance-damages) and a 20% share in the MUNAG THAI holding for EUR 61 million. These holding will be brought together in a new venture called MUNAG THAI FORTIS.
