ORANGE, FRANCE TELECOM's mobile arm is going to reduce its stake in TA ORANGE (turnover EUR 253 million with a loss of EUR 140 million in 2003) from 49% to 10%, the third main Thai mobile operator (1.9 million customers) and a joint venture it had set up with TELECOM ASIA. Its partners will therefore being taking over 39% for a nominal sum (2 centimes of a Euro).
