10/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - Under pressure from the recent warnings of the European Parliament and the Commission which criticise the unsatisfactory situation of the legal system in Romania, Prime Minister Adrian Nastase dismissed his justice minister, Rodica Stanoiu on Monday, replacing her by Christian Dianconescu, the current deputy foreign minister.
