30/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - Enrique Baron, President of the European Parliament Socialist Group, announces that he will suggest to presidents of other political groups that EU Member States should make 27 January the "European Memorial Day" as a reminder of the victims of the Holocaust, "the victims of a dictatorship that we should never again allow on our continent".
