30/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised a fast track procedure for British company Hogg Robinson to take over the business travel activities of German group Kuoni Reisen. The activities in question are based in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Hungary. The Commission also gave the green light to a take over plan of gold company Ashanti Goldfields by AngloGold.
