Paris, 04/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - Addressing the Western European Union, the Irish Minister for European Affairs Dick Roche (former Convention Member) said that he hoped that the Intergovernmental Conference on the future European Constitution would finish its work before the Irish Presidency, which would already have a lot on its plate between 1 January and 30 June 2004.
